1964 was an important year for Wilrose Côté. He incorporated under the banner of W. Côté & Fils Ltée with his wife, Jocelyne Sambault, Vice-President and shareholder and his son Lucien, Secretary-Treasurer. During that year, three new models of snowplows were designed and equipped with a tilting blade on springs: the side wing M100, the manual oriented M200 and the one way M300.

In order to expand the company, in 1967, Lucien becomes the General Manager assisted by his brother Gilles. In 1968, Réjean, the third brother joins the group as an employee. During that year, the snowplows were once again modified. They were equipped with 3 tilting blades on springs. The new designed models were the one way type MGR300, the side wing type MGR100 and the manual oriented type M200 which became the hydraulic oriented type MS200. Also during that year, the company purchases a truck on which they install a one way and a side wing to demonstrate their new products. In 1969, the Municipality of Brossard grants to W. Côté & fils Ltée the snow removal contract of 48 miles (77.25 kilometers) of roads and streets.

In 1971, the Municipality of Chateauguay does the same by granting to the company the snow removal contract of 52 miles (83.68 kilometers) of roads and streets. Owner of 11 snow removal trucks, the leaders of the company elaborate their researches to improve their equipment. During that year, the plant is expanded by 7,200 feet.

In 1972, Réjean becomes shareholder of the company and during that year a lifting system for the side wing is conceived. This system is entirely hydraulic and is designed to clear completely the back cabin of the trucks.

In April 1978, the company stops all its snow removal activities to devote itself entirely in the fabrication of snow removal equipments. In 1981, the Côté brothers invent the AR9000 model, a completely hydraulic quick coupling which allowed to remove from the truck, in only one operation, the following: harness, front, snowplow and side wing. In 1982, all the models are completely redesigned. The on way type MGR300 becomes the SU8000, the hydraulic oriented MS200 becomes the OH4000 and the side wing MGR2100 becomes the AC5000.
